PICKUPS & DROP-OFFSPractical Transport Support When You Need It
Some participants primarily need practical assistance getting from one
location to another.
Depending on the support arrangement, this may include pickups and
drop-offs for regular destinations such as work, education, appointments,
community activities or other agreed locations.
For other participants, transport forms part of a longer support shift
where their support worker travels with them, accompanies them at the
destination and provides assistance throughout the activity.
Before support begins, we'll discuss what you're looking for so the
arrangement, destinations and type of assistance required are clear.
SUPPORT THAT FITS YOUR ROUTINEMore Than Simply Getting From A to B
Transport support can form part of a broader support arrangement that
helps participants maintain routines, access opportunities and take part
in everyday life.
The level of support can be tailored around the participant's needs,
confidence and individual goals.
